Basic insurance is a combination of the mandatory Third Party Insurance (T.P.I.) and the mandatory Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.). In the case of an accident, a deductible of USD 1´000 applies, in the case of theft of the rental car the deductible is USD 2´000. For all third-party damages applies a deductible of 20%. By purchasing the Additional Insurance (A.P.), the deductible is reduced to USD 0.
Deposit when contracting the Basic Insurance: USD 500, payable upon rental start via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for all car types.

The Drive Relaxed Package includes at a very reduced rate the Basic insurance (CDW & TPI), the additional insurance (AP, TP and Glass & Tire Protection) including Road Assistance and a hot spot device on board of your vehicle. The package must be reserved in advance and is not available on the spot. Your reservation must explicitly mention "Drive Relaxed Package". Otherwise, each service will be charged separately at a higher rate.
The deposit for rentals with Drive Relaxed Package is reduced to USD 100 per car.
